About The Trainers

Mind & Body Works, LLC

Mind & Body Works is a Hawaii-based, online health and fitness center. We are dedicated to improving the holistic health of the individuals we treat, and improving the global community’s access to fitness modalities, allopathic medicine, and alternative medical modalities via the Internet. The website will deliver the fitness programs and other information to consumers who are not able to come to the Hawaiian facility.

These fitness programs were designed by Sofija Zekovic’-Roth L.A.C., an ACE and AFAA certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, Stott Certified Pilates instructor, and licensed acupuncturist. Medical consultation is provided by her husband, David E. Roth MD, FAAP, a Board Certified pediatrician, and psychiatrist.
